In both 1965 and 1967, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Davis lived in the home, but they were not owners of the house. In 1987, Gertrude Hess died and the house was sold by their son John and his wife Eleanor to the Hagen family for $149,900. The house was sold by the Hagens in 2010 for $472,000.
